Installation method :

STEP 1: Extension rod: The threaded ends of the two short rods are butt-joined to form a long main rod of about 40CM;

 

STEP 2: Fix the main pole: Select the appropriate position and fix the bottom to the appropriate wall

 

or object or board with the screws provided;

 

STEP 3: Add a sliding sleeve: press and hold the active button on the sliding sleeve,

 

and make the main rod pass through the hole in the sliding sleeve;

 

STEP 4: Install the upper fixing seat: After adding the sliding sleeve, put the fixing seat on the top of the main rod;

 

then fix the upper fixing seat to the wall surface or object or wooden board with the screw provided;

 

STEP 5: Fixing ring: Put the end with the nut of the fixing ring into the fixed post,

 

and then tighten it with the matching screws: then insert the fixed leg into the side hole of the sliding sleeve;

 

STEP 6: Adjust the height of the bowl: insert the pet bowl with food into the upper and lower iron wire of the fixing ring;

 

press the sliding sleeve button to adjust the appropriate height or angle according to the height of the pet.

 

 

Instructions :

1. After installing the entire lifting pet bowl, you can add the food or water that your pet likes to the pet bowl;

 

2. Press the sliding button to adjust the height of the pet bowl according to the size or height of the pet.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
